Globesearch

Globesearch is an executive search and recruitment firm based in Copenhagen, founded in 1989 by Christian Nielsen. It began with a focus on the IT industry and says Oracle was its first client and Microsoft its second. It now recruits leaders and specialists in IT, digital and AI.

It fills leadership roles such as CEO, CCO and CFO, commercial and finance roles across sales, marketing, product and operations, and technology roles including architects, engineers, and product and data leaders. Its clients range from global software companies and Nordic SaaS, tech and AI firms to established companies with digital growth and transformation plans.

Besides executive search, it offers agile search for specialist roles in tech, product and sales, HR advisory including employer branding, and interim and freelance consultants. Each search is led by one senior consultant with two researchers, and the firm aims to present a shortlist within six weeks of an approved job profile. It reports more than 1,000 placements.
