Globe 24-7 specialises in recruitment and talent consulting for mining and resources companies. It provides mining recruitment, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and HR consulting, and says it supports mining companies at each stage of their lifecycle, from exploration through project development and into operations. It gives clients access to passive executive and technical mining talent and reports a database of over 120,000 mining industry candidates.

The company began as an HR consulting firm in Perth, Western Australia, and its head office is in Perth, Australia. It says it has been in mining recruitment for more than 23 years and reports a global team of 80 employees. Alastair Fisher is chief executive. It works across Australia and Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, North America and Latin America.

In 2026 it announced a merger with P&C Recruiting and HR and 3Pillars Asia Pacific. It has also set up joint ventures with Trust Africa in West Africa and with Tanzanian firm Connect Space.
