Global Workforce Solutions

Global Workforce Solutions is an Australian-based company that sources skilled labour internationally for Australian employers, supported by an operations hub in Manila. It focuses on the mining, construction and manufacturing sectors, recruiting skilled and trade workers for project requirements.

The company says it grew from practical experience in Australia’s mining and construction industries before moving into international labour sourcing. After working with foreign placement agencies and the Department of Migrant Workers, the team established operations in Manila to support candidate sourcing.

Its services include candidate screening by Australian construction and trade professionals, requirement analysis covering skill tests, English proficiency and trade testing, international recruitment, and medical screening aligned with Australian healthcare requirements. A candidate care program provides support through overseas placement and acclimatisation, and the company coordinates the recruitment pathway through to deployment.
