Global Talent Connect Ltd is a recruitment business that places overseas candidates with employers in Scotland, working mainly in hospitality and care. It also supplies fixed-term interns. It says its team has over 30 years of combined experience in international hiring, and that a number of its people have backgrounds in the hospitality sector.

In hospitality it recruits chefs, sous chefs, butchers, managers, waiters and housekeepers for hotels, restaurants and pubs. In care it supplies nurses and care workers. Candidates come from universities and colleges as well as from people with existing experience, through partnerships with institutions abroad, including the International Hotel and Tourism Institute in Nairobi.
