About the Agency
Global Skilled Employment Services (GSES) is a Melbourne-based recruitment firm that supplies skilled workers to Australian employers to address workforce shortages, with a particular focus on the agriculture industry. It says it has placed workers since 2010 in regional and metropolitan areas across Australia. Its agricultural recruitment covers roles from farm workers and tradespeople to specialised agricultural technicians.
The company combines recruitment with migration services. Its team includes Registered Migration Agents who offer migration services for work and skills-related visas, and it supports both employers and workers.
Fadi Malek is the founder and director of GSES and its principal migration agent. He has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2008 and holds a degree in Agriculture Science.
