About the Agency
Global Hire IT is an IT recruitment agency operating in New Zealand and based in Auckland. It places IT professionals with employers and also sources candidates from overseas, using AI-driven candidate sourcing alongside its own in-house methods.
The agency pairs recruitment with immigration support, working with immigration law firms to help overseas candidates move to New Zealand. Candidates can use a Career Strategist Service, and settlement services cover orientation, relocation, accommodation, cultural integration and social connections for candidates and their families. It says it introduced a real-time payment system for candidates in 2024.
Global Hire IT also publishes articles on visa changes and HR technology. It says it offers its own employees a four-day work week.
