Global

Global supplies contingent staffing solutions across the UK infrastructure sector. It says it was established in 2001 and works with over 100 clients. The company began as a logistics recruiter serving the logistics and warehousing sectors, and now supplies staff to logistics and 3PL companies nationwide.

Its divisions cover construction, engineering, industrial, logistics, rail, and plant and fleet. Construction work is contingent labour for construction and infrastructure clients nationwide, while engineering placements are contract and permanent. The industrial division provides volume-based staffing for warehousing and industrial work. In rail it supplies roles from senior works managers and RRV machine drivers to track operatives. The plant and fleet division supplies plant operators and specialist fleet operatives across major projects, plus senior managers, machine operators and groundworks teams for civils clients, and includes a road sweeper division. It reports FORS Gold accreditation as a driver hire provider.

Global manages its recruitment workflow with Bullhorn and Sirenum applicant tracking software.
