Gkr International is a recruitment business that has recruited exclusively in real estate since 2010. Grant Kaveney founded it that year. It works with developers, investors, agencies, fund managers and consultancies in the UK and internationally, from executive and director-level search to volume residential and property management hiring.

Its work is organised into five specialist areas: commercial, residential, property management, built environment and professional services. The professional services team places finance, legal, compliance, technology, marketing and sustainability staff within real estate businesses. The built environment team covers architectural and interior design practices and followed the company's 2021 acquisition of Beeken Reeves. Services include permanent, interim and temporary recruitment, statement of work projects, outsourced recruitment, executive search and market intelligence reports.

Gkr International has offices in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, and a team based in Cape Town. It places candidates in the UK, Europe, the UAE, wider EMEA, North America and APAC. It is backed by the investment platform Recruitment Entrepreneur, and James Caan chairs the company. It says its team holds over 80 years of combined sector experience.
