Gitec is a French employment company that has been providing recruitment and staffing solutions since 1978 and is one of the brands of VNH Resources Group. It operates both as an agence d'emploi, placing intérimaires with client companies on temporary assignment contracts, and as a cabinet de recrutement, where candidates identified by its teams are employed directly by the client on a CDD or CDI. Its teams describe themselves as professionals on the ground for 40 years, working with method and precision and accompanying candidates in their search for a role and companies in the detection of the best talent.

Gitec presents a multi-sector expertise covering tertiaire, informatique and télécom, and ingénierie and bureaux d'études for both industry and the building sector. Its recruitment method follows defined stages: analysis and understanding of the role, in which a dedicated contact refines the scope of the assignment with the client; candidate research, where an advertisement is written and published across Gitec's career site and partner job boards while the existing base of intérimaire staff is searched in parallel; and interviews with the team, where shortlisted candidates are met in one of the agencies.
