It was founded in Houston in 1981 by Yahne Gibson and says it was one of the first agencies to focus on the legal industry nationally and internationally. Melinda Delmonico, who joined in 1992 and opened the Denver office, acquired the company in 2004 and is now President and CEO. It is recognised as a certified woman-owned business by the SBA.
Its services are temporary and legal staffing, legal recruiting, e-discovery document review teams, retained search, and Distinguished Legal Advisors. It fills roles for attorneys, lateral partners, legal administrators and assistants, paralegals and litigation support, on direct hire, contract and temp to hire terms. Clients include law firms and corporate legal departments, as well as companies in sectors such as healthcare, energy, oil and gas, banking and finance, information technology and insurance.
The company reports over 40 years of experience and says it operates globally from three offices, in Denver and Golden in Colorado and in Houston, Texas.
