GHI Staffing Solutions is a recruitment business founded in 2023 by Nicholas Rogers. It says it has over 20 years of experience in sales and recruitment across industries including healthcare, IT, accounting and finance, education and manufacturing.

In healthcare, it says it recruits only experienced nurses and allied health professionals for full-time permanent positions at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. Roles include medical assistants, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, dental hygienists, physical therapists and surgical technicians. It also lists information technology roles such as programming, network security and data analysis, and additional positions in marketing, human resources, financial, management and executive areas.

Rogers was previously Executive Vice President at a healthcare staffing firm, where he oversaw the Primary Care division. The company says its approach combines technology with a personalised recruitment process.
