Gewoon Professionals

Gewoon Professionals is a Delden based company that has been finding staffing solutions for care questions since it was founded in 2019, working for private individuals and care organisations alike. Its services are zzp-bemiddeling, uitzenden, detacheren, a flexpool and werving en selectie, drawing on a national network of carefully selected zorgprofessionals, both ZZP'ers and staff in loondienst who are seconded through the company. Every request starts with a personal conversation, followed by an aanvraagformulier, a shortlist of carers chosen for stability, and kennismakingsgesprekken so the client decides who fits.

The care fields covered are jeugdzorg, maatschappelijke zorg, ouderenzorg, verslavingszorg, GGZ and gehandicaptenzorg, with functions from begeleiders and verzorgenden IG at niveau 3 to verpleegkundigen at niveau 4 and 5, combination roles and jeugdzorgmedewerkers. Outside care the company also staffs ICT, creatief en communicatie, logistiek, onderwijs, techniek en industrie, overheid, financieel en administratief, HR en organisatie, and horeca en toerisme. For PGB and private clients it arranges dag- en nachtzorg, 12-uurs and 24-uurs care, begeleiding, ALS-zorg, terminale zorg and verpleegkundige zorg.

Gewoon Professionals works from Zuidwal 32 in Delden and can be reached on 088 432 1400 or at [email protected], and visitors are invited to simply walk in. It holds the SNA and NBBU keurmerk, and runs scholing programmes for both ZZP'ers and gedetacheerden. After care starts the company stays involved, taking on planning, administrative handling and invoicing, evaluating the placement every six months and making home visits. Clients choose it for nursing led advice and for its willingness to say when a care question would be better served elsewhere.
