Gevir Group is a Norwegian search company working across CXO, Search and Performance. GEVIR describes broad experience within recruitment and management of hire, with competence covering several areas of both the private and public sectors in a number of countries. Ingrid Solvberg brings over 30 years in the energy and technology sectors, beginning as a subsea engineer at Statoil and including leadership roles at Centrica Energi Norge and Var Energi and a period as Director General of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, and she now concentrates on technical roles and strategic leadership positions. Marianne Furru's background covers process engineering, oil and gas project work, production management at industrial and pharmaceutical businesses, and executive search and assessment.
