Get Your Talent is a recruiting agency offering freelance recruiter support and performance recruiting in Hamburg, with the promise that clients fill their vacancies quickly, cost effectively and transparently. It sets out four services. Headhunting as a Service is billed to the minute rather than through what the company calls excessive commissions, and aims at candidates who are genuinely enthusiastic about the client's business. Interim Management and Freelancer-Vermittlung provides qualified specialists for specific projects at short notice, with billing running directly between the client and Get Your Talent so there is no financial obligation towards the freelancers themselves. As a Freelance Recruiter the team runs interviews, manages processes, looks after the client's hiring managers and approaches candidates in networks such as Xing, LinkedIn, Stackoverflow and Experteer. Performance Recruiting uses the data held by Google, Meta and others to identify applicants and reach them with innovative marketing campaigns.

The agency covers both gelernte and ungelernte Fachkräfte, and it says its performance recruiting approach fills even the most demanding positions. Years of experience supporting start ups mean it knows how a company grows quickly, builds sustainable processes and finds the key candidates that matter most. It publishes every position entrusted to it on up to eight Stellenbörsen to widen reach, and can put up to nine freelance recruiters and sourcers on larger recruiting volumes. A single freelance recruiter can run 20 to 25 positions in parallel where processes are lean, or a minimum of ten hours a week is planned for a role that needs active candidate approach.

Get Your Talent works from Hamburg and its staff work permanently remotely, so support is preferably delivered remotely, though the team will also attend on site by arrangement.
