Get Recruited

Get Recruited is a multi-sector recruitment agency established in 2006 that works with businesses and professionals across the UK. It recruits in six disciplines: sales, marketing, finance and accountancy, insurance, commercial and management roles. It says it combines technology and AI-driven insights with the expertise of its specialist recruitment consultants.

The head office is in Manchester, and the company also has an office in London. The business is led by CEO Matthew Ager, who is also a finance recruiter, and Managing Director Chloe Marsh, who moved into the role from Recruitment Account Manager.

The company reports more than 8,000 placements and says its recruiters have over three decades of combined experience. It won the Best Recruitment Agency award at the 2023 Talk of Manchester Awards.
