Gerstenberg Consulting is a search company offering headhunting, recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to the Scandinavian market. It searches for senior level and executive commercial roles for consulting companies, tech firms and digital firstmovers in the Nordics, and says it has many years of experience within commercial roles.

The process starts with meetings with the hiring manager and other stakeholders to understand the client's business. The firm then maps the candidate ecosystem, searches, screens and shortlists, and holds in depth interviews. Candidates take the TT38 Talent profile test and receive feedback on it, and the top candidates are presented to the client with a summary of their talent profile. The firm joins interviews at the customer's site, carries out reference checks and follows the process until the employment contract is signed, with follow-up after 14 days and 3 months.

Under its RPO service, clients can outsource the whole recruitment process, with the firm's consultants working under the client's brand as an in house recruitment partner. The company is based at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm.
