Geo Talent Solutions is a recruitment company whose stated purpose is to make hiring easy, streamlining the process so that it works for the client's team and for the candidates at the same time. Its method starts with taking the time to understand a company's particular values and needs, so that it can represent that brand authentically in the market and connect the client with the right talent, which the company presents as the way it saves clients time while still delivering results. It offers flexible solutions rather than a single fixed model, and gives practical guidance to businesses whether or not they already have people dedicated to hiring.

The company sells three distinct services. Full Recruitment Support is aimed at small to mid size companies without an in house recruitment team and manages the entire hiring process from start to finish, billed on an hourly basis, whether the client needs one key hire or continuing support. Contingency Recruitment is for companies that do have their own in house recruiters but need extra capacity, and concentrates on finding strong candidates quickly and efficiently. Interim Recruitment Solutions are billed per project and are designed for companies scaling up quickly, expanding into new markets or dealing with a sudden surge in hiring.

Geo Talent Solutions works in the Netherlands and internationally. It was founded by Jessica Rountree, who is originally from the United States and has spent most of her career in the Netherlands, partnering with businesses of all sizes to help them hire and grow across diverse markets, from leading recruitment programmes to advising on local hiring practices, and building teams across a range of industries for both startups and established companies. Her partner Marcus Gallagher is originally from the UK but grew up in the Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch; he holds a doctorate in educational leadership and brings experience in education, coaching and training to the people development side of the work.
