Genuine Executive Engagements

Genuine Executive Engagements, known as GEE, provides executive search and consultation services to the SME market across Australia. It is based in Brisbane, Queensland.

Its search work covers C Suite roles, director to managing director positions, general and operations management, and state and regional management. The company says it helps organisations map, identify, approach and secure executive talent for each assignment.

It also offers business consulting built around people, processes and platforms, and says it draws on over 25 years of practical managerial experience. A third service, the Executive Athlete program, works with senior leaders on goal setting, discipline, resilience, accountability and sustainable performance.
