Gentium Group is an operator led holding company that starts, builds and runs real businesses rather than simply advising other people how to run theirs. Established in 2004, the group builds and operates companies at the intersection of talent, technology and global work, and since then it has created businesses in international recruitment, Employer of Record services and applied AI. Its companies solve practical commercial problems for organisations in the UK, South Africa and international markets.

The group describes what it does as three connected areas. International recruitment helps organisations build international teams. Employer of Record delivers compliant cross border employment solutions, allowing companies to employ people in markets where they have no local entity. Applied AI builds AI systems that solve operational business problems. The three sit together because each addresses part of the same challenge of hiring, employing and running teams across borders.
