Genesis Search Group

Genesis Search Group is a search firm based in Philadelphia that recruits for the housewares and wider consumer products sector. It says it has focused on client organisations in housewares, kitchen electrics, small appliances, floorcare, tabletop, foodservice, smallwares and giftware since 2004, and that the firm was created in 2001. Jon Littman is its Managing Director.

The firm fills sales, marketing, engineering, product development, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and merchandising positions, and says it partners with companies hiring talent at the mid-level of their business. Its recruiters and researchers also evaluate candidates with human resources backgrounds. Its process starts with documenting the client's company profile and search specifications, then moves to contacting and profiling candidates, and finishes with the offer process once a candidate is selected.

Genesis Search Group is a member of the Sanford Rose Associates network of offices. Through a partnership with Recruiter Relocation, it offers relocation tools to clients and candidates.
