About the Agency
Genesis Employment Services is an employment agency based in Coventry, West Midlands. It describes its growth as an agency as dating from a "new beginning" in August 2006. The business is led by Managing Director Gaynor Frost, who chose the company name after more than 30 years in the recruitment industry.
The agency serves both employers and candidates, supplying temporary workers and filling permanent placements at all levels of a client's organisation. It recruits in engineering and manufacturing, hospitality and catering, warehouse and distribution, building and construction, agricultural labouring, and office, accounts and customer service.
Genesis says it is a member of the REC and The ALP, and it holds a GLAA Gangmaster Licence. It also has an official recruitment partnership with Coventry City.
