GEM Resourcing

GEM Resourcing is a locally owned and operated recruitment and labour hire company based in Perth. It was founded by George Mann, who is its Founder and Managing Director.

The company recruits for blue-collar and white-collar roles and also supplies labour hire. Its blue-collar work covers tradespeople and skilled technicians, while its white-collar recruitment covers architects, managers and administrators. The sectors it lists are architecture and design, manufacturing, trade services, warehousing and logistics, project management, mining, building and construction, administration and support, engineering, agribusiness and landscaping, real estate, and accounting and finance.

It works with both employers and job seekers, and says it has a close understanding of the Perth job market.
