Tom and Robin founded the company in 2022, having worked together since 2017. Tom leads client relationships and go-to-market hiring, and Robin leads engineering and data hiring. The company is based in the North East of England and says it also serves clients in the US, Canada, Europe and APAC.
Clients can pay a success-based fee, either a percentage or a fixed amount, or use a retained partnership running from 3 to 24 months. It offers a replacement guarantee within the first three months of a hire, and its fees are paid by client companies, never by candidates.
