Gateway Synergy is an Australian recruitment company that describes itself as a specialised executive search and contracting firm. It recruits nationwide, handling both inward and outbound placements, and it services Australia, New Zealand and other parts of the Asia-Pacific.

Gateway Synergy is one of the businesses that formed the GSS consortium, together with Rovan Consolidated and 626 Solutions, to integrate talent, technology and governance. The company says employers pay nothing to review its candidates until they hire someone it has found.
