Gardner Halliday is a boutique legal recruitment agency working with lawyers and law firms in the London private practice market. It was founded by Toria Gardner and Lucy Halliday, who say they have combined experience of over 30 years in law and legal recruitment. Toria worked in London legal recruitment for 17 years before founding the company, while Lucy began her career as a lawyer at Norton Rose and later spent 10 years with two recruitment agencies.
The company places lawyers and professional support lawyers at all levels and across all practice areas into law firms in London, the UK and the US. The roles it recruits include newly qualified lawyers, associates, senior associates, professional support lawyers and partners. Its clients include Magic Circle and Silver Circle firms, US firms, international firms, mid-tier firms and boutiques.
Gardner Halliday donates £500 of each placement fee to the LGBT Foundation, Child Poverty Action Group and Choose Love.
