GAP Talent is an international recruitment business with offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa. It says it has been delivering for almost 30 years, and it reports a "first interview to landing" ratio of 1 in 2 or higher. It complements its Talent Partners' local recruitment with global talent strategies, project-based partnerships, and screening and aftercare processes.

It has three divisions. Assurance Recruitment covers audit and assurance, advisory and tax roles, on contingent and search assignments in the financial arena. Technology Recruitment covers technology, IT, risk and compliance, and SOX roles. Caribbean Recruitment serves clients in the Caribbean.

Services include audit project recruitment for global Big 4 and Top 10 assurance firms, with flat fees paid on the candidate's start date. It also offers retained executive search for partner-level and C-suite roles, and contingent recruitment in South Africa and across the UK, Ireland, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, among other regions.
