Fynd Co

Fynd Co is a recruitment business based in Brisbane, Queensland, that specialises in digital and tech roles. It works with technology and digital businesses across Australia, from grassroots startups and agencies to eCommerce brands and global product companies.

The company was started by a group of long-time mates and colleagues, and its three co-founders and directors are Adam, Dan and Shannon. It recruits in areas such as marketing, data and analytics, development, design and product, as well as executive roles. Its services include one-off executive search, embedded talent and fractional people partnerships, and it says it works to get the client's brief right before a search begins.

A partner company, Tyde PX, works with clients on workplace and people experience once hires have been made.
