FutureYou

FutureYou is an Australian recruitment, search and consulting firm that calls itself a 'super boutique'. It offers four services: specialist recruitment, interim solutions, executive search and talent advisory. The interim practice provides contracting solutions for short and long term client needs, and the executive search practice carries out searches for C-suite talent.

Specialist recruitment is organised by function: accounting and finance, business support, human resources, legal (in-house and private practice), risk, compliance and audit, manufacturing and operations, marketing and sales, supply chain and logistics, and technology and project services.

The firm's head office is at Martin Place in Sydney. It says it has a nationwide presence with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Emily Wilson is its Managing Director.
