Futura Agency is an Italian agency specialising in providing high quality personnel for events and in supporting clients through every stage of organising them. It advises clients on the selection of hostesses, stewards and models so that an event is delivered properly, and it says the decade of experience of its owner allows it to recruit the most suitable staff in terms of presence, professionalism, language skills and communication ability. Its stated mission is to create a direct relationship with the client and follow them step by step through a careful selection of personnel. The agency is led by Camilla, who began as a professional dancer for television programmes, films and advertising, worked as a model and hostess for events, showrooms and luxury boutiques, and took a degree in event design and business management before founding the company.

The agency supplies five kinds of staff. Hostesses and stewards handle welcoming, accreditation and client registration and the handing over of gifts at trade fairs, meetings and conventions, congresses, corporate events and dinners, and road show tours. Models work in showrooms, advertising campaigns, fittings, fashion shows and television commercials. Interpreters cover simultaneous translation, international conferences and interpreting at fairs and congresses. Tour leaders are multilingual staff who coordinate clients during travel, congresses and team building.
