He has built leadership teams for emerging entities, growth companies, and Fortune 1000 corporations.

Fusion Search Group has earned a reputation for execution, industry knowledge and extensive professional networks. Over 80 percent of Paul's engagements come from repeat or referral business. Prior to founding Fusion Search Group, Paul spent 14 years with two of the largest search firms in Oakland County and built the internal Talent Acquisition department for Meritor.
