Fusion People Australia is a recruitment business focused on the built environment. It has operated in Australia since 2005 and is part of Fusion People, an international group of recruitment companies headquartered in the UK. It services clients across Australia and New Zealand, with offices in Sydney and Southport, Queensland, and supports employers and candidates in Melbourne and Brisbane.

It recruits in construction (building and civil), consulting engineering, project management, property and real estate, architecture and design, trades and labour, health and safety, manufacturing and FMCG, and business support. Roles include project engineers, estimators, contracts administrators, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and joiners. It places temporary, contract and permanent staff, and also offers senior appointments and executive staffing.

The group reports 900,000 candidates on its books globally, 150 consultants worldwide and more than 3,000 workers paid each week.
