Fusion People

Fusion People is an independent recruitment agency specialising in rail, the built environment and engineering. It was formed in 2003 by former directors of a major UK recruiter and began trading in January 2004. It says it now turns over around £80m a year.

The company recruits permanent, temporary and contract staff across rail and safety critical roles, construction and property, engineering and manufacturing, IT and support services, and the public sector, serving clients throughout the UK. Rail roles include track, signalling design, HV engineering and project management. Its Major Projects Delivery Unit fills high-volume and multi-discipline requirements, and it runs a training centre offering rail and workplace training.

Fusion People has its head office in Fareham and branches in Birmingham, Bristol, Derby, London, Warrington and Yorkshire. It says it has roughly 100 staff.
