FurstStaffing

FurstStaffing is a locally owned staffing company serving employers and job seekers in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. It has operated since 1971, says it has staffed more than 20 million labor hours, and is licensed by the State of Illinois as a Day and Temporary Help Business.

The company provides temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire staffing, along with onsite staffing programmes that bring dedicated workforce support to an employer's facility. It works mainly with manufacturers, distributors and service businesses, in food, beverage and consumer products, distribution and logistics, industrial and precision manufacturing, aerospace, maintenance and automation, healthcare administration, and office roles. The roles it fills include production crew members, forklift operators, CNC machinists, maintenance and PLC technicians, front desk and data entry staff, and customer service teams.

It has four offices, in Rockford, Darlington, Janesville and Stockton. Rockford is its home base.
