Fundraising Talent

Fundraising Talent is a New Zealand recruitment agency specialising in the not-for-profit sector. Tilda Bostwick established it in 2020 and is its owner and recruitment consultant. It works with charities, foundations, arts and educational institutions, filling fundraising, leadership, corporate services, philanthropy, advancement, marketing, communications and operations roles at all levels. It serves organisations across New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and is based in Auckland.

The agency says 87% of its placements are permanent roles and 13% are fixed-term contracts. It reports more than 250 placements since 2020, 105 not-for-profit clients and over 4,000 professionals on its candidate database. Services include full end-to-end recruitment and network search from that database, along with salary benchmarking, job ad writing, candidate screening, reference checks and visa sponsorship advice. For candidates it offers CV updates, interview coaching and career guidance, including for people moving into the sector from elsewhere.
