About the Agency
Fudo Partners is a specialist engineering search firm that works only with AI native startups. It recruits founding engineers, early engineering hires and engineering leaders for companies at Seed, Series A and Series B stage, in New York and London.
The firm is founder led. Gareth Hill runs every search himself, and says he has spent nearly 20 years in engineering search, the most recent years exclusively in AI. He started the firm to focus entirely on this market.
Fudo Partners also runs Fudo Motion, which it describes as a live signal layer that tracks who is building in the AI engineering ecosystem, where teams are forming and who may be ready to move. The firm has an office at 60 London Wall in the City of London.
