FT Recruitment Group

FT Recruitment Group is a recruitment agency based in Aberdeen, Scotland. It trades under that name for Fintech Recruitment Solutions, the name it used before a rebrand that reflected a broader range of services. It says it was founded in 2021.

The agency recruits for IT, accountancy and finance, and commercial roles. It has since added HR, Legal, Marketing, Administration and Operational support roles. It serves businesses of all sizes across the North East and beyond, and says it has extended its reach into the central belt of Scotland. It also reports that Cairn Resourcing has joined the group and that its team has grown from four staff members to nearly ten.

The company is led by joint Managing Directors Kris Stuart and Craig Mackenzie. Its head office is at Dyce, Aberdeen.
