FRONTPEOPLE is a headhunting and executive search firm that recruits candidates across the value chain and across industries in Denmark. It describes its approach as business-driven recruitment and says it has done nothing else since 2007.

It helps companies hire key employees and searches mainly in Denmark for profiles in areas such as finance, sales, HR, management and administration. Candidates can upload a CV to its database and be contacted if a suitable vacancy arises.

The firm has offices in Vejle and Brøndby. Its team includes Peter Thyssen as Managing Partner, Jan Jørgensen as Partner and Maja Louise Nielsen as Senior researcher.
