Frontline Recruitment Group

Frontline Recruitment Group is a recruitment business operating across Australia and New Zealand. It was established in 1995. In 2020 it became part of Express Employment Professionals, a staffing franchise network that the company says has over 860 offices across the United States, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The group recruits for retail, hospitality, health, education and construction, and also has a manufacturing agency. It says it has over 32 agencies, individually owned and operated by agency owners across both countries and supported by a corporate support office in Sydney. Adam Hislop-Reynolds is Group Chief Executive Officer.

The group works only with candidates who currently have the right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
