Artex Talent Solutions

Artex Talent Solutions is a Bermuda-based talent and HR solutions firm. It was formerly Frontier Financial Services Limited, which rebranded as Artex and is now known as Artex Talent Solutions. It says it has more than two decades of experience in the Bermuda market.

The firm provides temporary and permanent placement for employers locally and internationally, with a focus on the reinsurance industry. Searches are run on either a contingency or a retained basis, and temporary consultants are employed directly by Artex. It also works with job seekers, and says it has more than 15 years of experience in placement.

Alongside recruitment, it offers HR advisory covering performance management, leadership development, organisational restructuring and the employee life cycle. Its HR services include payroll processing, benefits analysis and enrolment, and management of Bermuda immigration applications. LaMel Burch is Managing Director.
