Fresh Horticultural Careers

Fresh Horticultural Careers is a specialist recruitment agency for the gardening, landscaping and horticulture industries in the UK. It says it has staffed the horticulture industry for over 15 years, and it supplies temporary and permanent workers across London and the UK.

The agency recruits soft and hard landscapers, domestic and commercial maintenance gardeners, landscape labourers, foremen, contracts and project managers, and estate gardeners and horticulturalists. Its staff have a horticulture background. Candidates are sourced from the UK and overseas, screened and interviewed in person, and the agency helps them obtain CSCS cards through training guidance and financial support. Pricing is negotiated according to each client's requirements.

It describes itself as a small company and is based in Benfleet. Marian Barker is Managing Director and Viki Halkett is Operations Director. The agency is a member of the British Association of Landscape Industries and of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, including its construction sector.
