Fred Recruitment

Fred Recruitment is a national recruitment agency in New Zealand, founded by a group of experienced recruiters who share a long history of friendship and collaboration. It describes itself as a generalist recruitment collective made up of experienced senior consultants, and it is led by four recruiters.

It recruits across contact centres and customer service, accounting and finance, supply chain and procurement, human resources, business support and administration, sales and marketing, IT and design, warehousing and production, C-suite and management, and medical and not-for-profit roles. Its medical recruitment team, FredMed, includes a specialist who sources and supports international mental health professionals for New Zealand organisations.

Fred places candidates in permanent, temporary, fixed-term contract and independent contractor roles. Its other services include psychometric testing, skills testing, career coaching and payroll services.
