He firmly believes that it's the customers who drive business, and creating a customer-centric organisation holds the key to success in a competitive landscape. He brings over two decades of experience to the table and is backed by a successful track record in the realm of, Sales, Project Management, Process Improvement and Customer Experience (CX). By putting his knowledge and experience in the right place, he has taken Frazer Tremble Executive to new heights of success. He focuses on providing effective training and development opportunities to upgrade employees' skills and enable businesses to improve their customer metrics through customer consulting. He is also an active member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA).
