Franchise Hire is a recruiting and executive search consultancy focused exclusively on the franchise industry. The company helps franchise brands recruit for roles across departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate and Development. Positions include Franchise Business Coaches, Marketing Managers and Brand Presidents. Founder Tim Katsch spent years on the franchisor side as Executive Vice President, leading operations, marketing and real estate for an emerging franchise brand, giving the company insider knowledge of franchisee operations and franchise advisory councils.

Every Franchise Hire search runs on the same proprietary 17-step Franchise Talent System, from emerging franchise brands through to established franchisors. The system has three phases: Design & Align (role roadmap, fit interview, talent alignment index), Research (talent market map, channel strategy, tech stack, candidate research), and Execution & Governance (target candidate list, multi-touch outreach, initial screening, structured interview, motivation assessment, shortlist presentation, finalist process, references, offer strategy and candidate transition planning). The system emphasises passive candidate identification, enterprise sourcing tools, and fit assessment beyond resume matching.

Franchise Hire reaches top candidates who are not actively job-seeking but are open to the right opportunity. The company uses a flat engagement fee structure, crediting fees back at placement.
