Frame is a recruitment and HR agency for the fashion industry in New Zealand, operated by Frame Consulting Ltd. It recruits for fashion, retail, marketing and executive roles, for both brands and agencies. It has offices in Auckland, Christchurch and Wanaka and recruits nationwide. Rachel Smart is its director.

The roles it fills include fashion design and workroom positions such as sampling, sewing, cutting and garment technology, and retail roles from store managers to area and national managers. It also recruits across marketing, ecommerce, digital, content creation, PR, communications, graphic design and social media, as well as production, buying, merchandising and wholesale account and brand management. At executive level it works with retail CEOs, COOs, general managers and heads of retail, buying and HR.

Its account managers come from the industry, and it says it works closely with clients as an extension of their HR team. It also offers HR support to businesses. It says its candidate database spans New Zealand and Australia, with more than 10,000 connections.
