Fractional Recruiting is an independent recruiting firm led by Jorrit Wit, an Ontario Property and Casualty insurance recruiter with fifteen years of headhunting experience. Over the past five years, Jorrit has focused exclusively on the Canadian P&C insurance industry, specialising in confidential and specialised searches.

The firm recruits across multiple insurance functions including underwriting, claims, actuarial, IT, and insurance operations roles. Jorrit works directly with insurers throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial search discussions through candidate outreach, interviews, and shortlist presentation.
