FPK Finance, HRM & More B.V. calls itself the bridge from talent to work and carries out werving en selectie in a personal way, looking, in its own words, a little differently at both sides of a match. For employers it argues that the right employee is not found by looking at education and experience alone, but by asking what the two parties have to offer each other now and in the longer term. Every search starts with an accurate description of the role: what the work involves, which competences and skills it needs, and what the culture of the company is. Because not every search calls for the same approach, clients can choose the package that fits their situation, which the company presents as a deliberately transparent way of working.

FPK organises its services into three lines, each available on an interim basis, through detachering or in permanent employment. Its HRM line professionalises personnel policy and covers reorganisation programmes, recruitment and onboarding, appraisal methods, advice on inclusion and diversity, strategic and administrative personnel administration and the drafting of employment contracts. Its finance line spans controlling, business, financial, qualified and group level roles and supports the setting up of financial policy, the introduction of administrative tasks, applying for and deploying subsidies, strategic advice, supplier contracts and the implementation of a new financial system. Its More line covers ICT project leadership and management, inclusion and diversity advice, organisational advice, career advice and outplacement.

The company works from Damsterdiep 34 in Groningen and serves employers in a range of sectors who need permanent or temporary staff, as well as regional governments and organisations that want to embed inclusion and diversity in the way they operate. It also runs an academy, invites candidates to send in a CV and employers to pass on a vacancy, and says it is only satisfied once the right match has been made.
