Fow Talents

FOW Talents, formalised as FOW Talents LLP and presented online as Future of Work Talents, is a talent business built around the industries its founders know best. The founders of FOW, Future of Work, Talents have deep management experience in the healthcare, aviation and technology industries, and they point to a huge escalation of demand for talent in those industries. The company began by collaborating and exploring how to meet that challenge, engaging extensively with clinicians around the region and forming a network of experts spanning nursing talents, job placement agencies and nursing academies, before formalising the arrangement into the company FOW Talents LLP. Its work is described as accelerating the sourcing and recruitment of talents by leveraging that unique expertise, while at the same time forming a dense network of talents. The company summarises its way of working as process oriented, with a transparent process and a superior experience, and says it works together with clients on their requirements.

FOW Talents presents two talent lines. The first is Nursing and Healthcare Talents, driven by clinical needs and the ageing population, which the company says leaves healthcare institutions facing an urgent demand for nursing talent around the world. The second is Aviation and Technologies Talents, which answers the ever increasing demand in the aviation and technology sectors.

The business runs a main office in Singapore at JTC LaunchPad@one-north on Ayer Rajah Crescent and a separate training office at 110 Prinsep Street, the former Salmon's Maternity Home. Subsidiary offices extend the network into Malaysia, at the Tabuan Stutong Commercial Centre in Kuching, Sarawak, and into the Philippines, at the High Pointe Building on Chino Roces Avenue in Makati. That footprint, together with the founders' management background and the network of nursing academies and placement agencies behind it, is the basis on which clients are invited to discover the value of their future networks.
