FourM is a Dutch company that trades under the line "empowering people and business" and describes what it does as search and interim the way it should be done, backed by 25 years of experience in executive search and interim management. It accepts an assignment only after a proper personal review of the client and of the position to be filled, whether that position is permanent or temporary, and it takes on work only where it has the right experience and the right network. Confidentiality is built into the process: candidate details are made available to the client only after the candidate has given explicit personal consent.

FourM offers three services. Executive Search is about finding the right person for the right place, quickly but without concessions on the quality of either the candidate or the process. Interim Management supplies the right manager to solve a temporary problem, with professional guidance through experienced shadow management. Consultancy and coaching covers advice on recruitment and HRM challenges, ranging from recruitment process outsourcing to the setting of strategy. Across all three, the company says its emphasis lies on positions in finance, IT and logistics at smaller and mid sized companies.

Aftercare is part of the offer: after a successful placement FourM stays in touch with both the client and the candidate to evaluate how the placement or assignment is developing. That combination of personal contact at the start, confidentiality during the search, a deliberately narrow focus on sectors it knows, and follow up afterwards is how the company presents its case to clients considering it for a vacancy or an interim brief.
