In mission critical, which covers data centres, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, it says it has built a specialist network over the past 12 years. The roles it fills include electrical and mechanical engineers, estimators, BIM coordinators, quantity surveyors, commercial managers, EHS managers and commissioning managers. Its infrastructure work covers power and grid, multi-utilities and civils, and its clean energy work covers battery storage, solar, wind and EV. The built environment market covers sustainability, construction consultancy and building services.

Its services are permanent recruitment, freelance and contract hiring, executive search and project solutions for projects needing several hires. For international contracting it works with employer of record partners across Europe and W-2 payroll providers in the US.
