Four Talent is a people consultancy founded in Northamptonshire that offers recruitment, HR support and training and development. It works with SMEs, scale-ups and established organisations across the UK and Europe, and reports being a multi-Gold Award winner for Service Excellence at the SME Business Awards.

Its recruitment service places permanent and interim staff, from emerging talent to senior leadership, mainly in support functions such as HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Experience. Sectors include Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG, Technology, Engineering and Entertainment. A separate executive search team covers C-suite, director and senior leadership appointments, and the company also provides recruitment process outsourcing. Psychometric profiling is part of its recruitment approach.

HR support is aimed at SMEs and growing organisations, and training takes the form of bespoke workshops for leadership, management and customer-facing teams. The company was founded by Lucy Wright, who leads HR and training, and Louise Keightley, who leads recruitment and development. It holds memberships with organisations including the CIPD and REC.
